移民局4月3日起将暂停接收所有与H-1B相关的“加急申请”

移民局今年4月3日起将暂停接收所有与H-1B相关的加急申请，这种情形预计可能会持续6个月。

考虑到该政策生效时间点与递交今年新H-1B的首日重合，今年所有的新H-1B都无法申请“加急”处理。

另外，需要注意的是：

1. 这一期间如果将I-129表格的申请费与加急费用绑定在一张支票上，则移民局会将两份申请同时拒绝;

2. 有特殊情况需加速审理时，须符合特定要求，且须由移民局依个案审核原则确定是否符合该要求。该要求具体内容请参见：https://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria
