移民局小范围允许H-1B加急程序

自移民局今年3月发布禁止H-1B加急申请的公告后，6月23日首次公布了针对这一限制的例外情形，即自2017年6月26日起允许 “Conrad 30（J-1）豁免”与“联邦政府机构支持的（J-1）豁免”项目中的H-1B申请使用加急程序。

 

移民局行动主管James McCament 同日表示， 移民局将在工作负担允许的情况下恢复其它类别H-1B申请的加急程序。但更多细节还需等待移民局后续公告出台后才可确定。
