移民局已归还全部2018财年未中签H-1B申请

移民局2017年7月19日宣布其已将2018财年 H-1B电脑随机抽选过程中的未中签申请退还给申请人。若4月3-7日间递交须抽签的H-1B申请截至7月31日，既未收到退回的申请，亦未收到收件通知，则可以联系移民局。
