最新消息！EB5新政将于7月24日发布

2019年7月23日，Federal Register显示国土安全局将于7月24日正式发布EB5改革法案（EB5 Immigrant Investor Program Modernization）。

根据未正式发布的版本，主要要点包括：

1，生效时间：2019年11月21日

2，保留原有的优先日期

3，TEA涨价至90万美金

4，非TEA涨价至180万美金

5，改变TEA认定，将由DHS直接认定
