DHS宣布延期执行H-1B抽签新政

DHS在2月4日晚宣布将会延期执行抽签新政（按照工资等级顺序抽签），今年的Cap将继续采用现行的规定。新政计划将在2021年12月31日生效，影响明年的抽签。

 

 

根据USCIS最新的通知，抽签注册将在3月9日至25日期间开放，建议计划参与今年Cap抽签的雇主和外籍员工尽早准备。
