E3 澳大利亚公民工作签证

E-3为美国雇主雇佣澳大利亚公民在美从事一些专业工作的临时工作签证该签证一次申请期为两年,可无限延长。所谓专业工作意为那些需要由有一定的专业知识,至少要具有大学毕业文凭或更高学位的人员,才可应聘的职务。
 
E-3申请者必须具备以下条件:
 
  • 必须是澳大利亚公民
  • 必须有美国雇主的正式聘佣邀请
  • 所聘之职必须为专业职务
E-3签证持有者的配偶及子女,可申请E-3D签证。E-3签证持有者的配偶可以在美国申请工作许可,此工作许可允许其在美国合法工作。
